Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience identifying and recommending ways to improve product and customer strategy.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Bahasa Indonesia fluently to communicate with Indonesian speaking stakeholders and creators.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 5 years of experience working within the Indonesia market and understanding of the Indonesian creator ecosystem.
  • Experience in communications planning, content strategy and agency network.
  • Experience developing and executing creator-led programs.
  • Experience in researching consumer trends, competitor strategies and industry developments, have a passion for structuring, negotiating and delivering brand agreements with creators.
  • Understanding of YouTube platforms and products.

In this role, you will serve as a critical thought-leader for YouTube and the local influencer marketing ecosystem. You will have an understanding of the influencer marketing landscape, YouTube’s role in growing and shaping the landscape, and a passion for fostering mutually beneficial partnerships with influencer marketing agencies. You will identify industry trends, gather engaged intelligence, and provide guidance to internal teams to scale brand agreements on YouTube. You will demonstrate tactical thinking, leadership skills and cross-functional collaborations across Sales, Marketing, Legal, Product, Partnerships, and other key stakeholders.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

  • Own relationships with key leaders at influencer marketing agencies, and lead awareness and training of the YouTube proposition, to drive volume of brand agreements for YouTube Creators.
  • Partner with video specialists, agency leads and sales teams to build programs around YouTube Creator-brand agreement, and facilitate implementation.
  • Analyze campaign performance, brand agreements and sales reporting, market trends, and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to inform go-to market strategies and product roadmap.
  • Serve as local subject matter expert with competitive intelligence, identify Creators and tentpole content opportunities, develop narratives and lend pitch support for the top leads.
  • Drive cross functional collaborations in local market with local market stakeholders (e.g., YouTube Partnerships, Marketing, gTech and Media Planners) to unlock local Creator Collaboration opportunities for brands.
