Fulfillment Coordinator

Overview of Job Role

To act as part of the Fulfilment Team and ensure that all events are fulfilled and processed in accordance with company procedures. You will also work to ensure we deliver in a way to maximise profitability while maintaining or improving quality of our deliveries.

Key objectives include:

• To ensure that all events are fulfilled and processed, issues are resolved or escalated prior to delivery.
• To source, onboard, and evaluate suppliers where required.
• To follow operational process and procedures, in line with internal and legal requirements.
• To complete the procurement process from raising and sending of Purchase Order, to approving invoices.
• To maintain sales responsiveness in line with the SLA.

Key Areas of Responsibility

• To ensure we meet our fulfilment needs for, but not limited to, courseware, exams, travel arrangements for instructors, 3rd party providers.
• To manage pre- and post- event delivery requirements. (e.g. sourcing of fulfilment items, invoice approvals, etc.)
• To work with the required departments to ensure facilities and equipment are properly provided for.
• To work with the required departments to complete invoice processing including checking information, updating costs in baps, and approving.

Experience / Qualifications Required

Essential

• Educated to A level and or equivalent qualification / experience.
• Proficient in using MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word

Desirable

• Experience in a similar role; with knowledge of training administration, procurement or fulfilment, and organization processes.
