Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in HR Business Partner, People Consulting, or HR Generalist roles.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions with multiple stakeholder groups.
- Experience with implementing large-scale HR projects, risk management/mitigation, and supporting change management, business readiness, communications, and training activities.
- Knowledge in a broad range of HR subjects, including exposure to CoE disciplines and local employment law.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analysis skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

- Deliver dynamic consultations around a variety of HR topics aligned to the POps’ Menu of Services such as performance enablement, effectiveness, career development, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and navigating transitions.
- Contribute to the deployment of high priority country focused HR programs and initiatives, aligned to the country People plan.
- Identify and drive recommendations and prioritization to ensure work is in service of improving the Googler Experience in the country. Work with partner teams to ensure end-to-end delivery of HR processes in the country.
- Manage employment policy and practices to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.
- Engage with leaders across all organizations to address strategic issues, build capability, and lead change. Work collaboratively across teams to respond to incidents and mitigate risk to Google.
