The Growth Marketing team at Airbnb is at the intersection of marketing, engineering and data science. Our work is imperative to driving the top line of the entire company. Partnering closely with the Business and Marketing teams, the Growth Marketing Lead will deliver marketing initiatives across all growth channels, leading with a mindset of continuous testing and data driven decision making.
The Difference You Will Make:
The Growth Marketing Lead will lead all Growth Marketing activations in LATAM with a focus on Brazil and Mexico. You will be able to represent Growth Marketing channels amongst regional leadership, while being an extension of the global teams in HQ. You will partner closely with cross-functional teams such as Brand Marketing, FP&A, Data Science, Product, Engineering, and Design. This role utilizes a strong analytical background with a passion for executing scalable Growth Marketing strategies. Success in this role means understanding the value of Growth Marketing levers and representing those insights in regional leadership conversations.
