Principal Applied Scientist

We are the recommendation ML team in Microsoft AI Org. Our team focuses on ML solutions for MSN feed recommendation, including large-scale DNN modeling for user engagement prediction, value model tuning, and recommendation foundational model via LLM, etc. The team is the backbone of a variety of recommendation scenarios in Microsoft AI including MSN and Copilot. We are looking for a Principal Applied Scientist, join us to solve the most challenging ML problems and make a huge impact!
