Experimentation Program Manager

In Consumer Sales Organization (CSO) we are a global team at Microsoft responsible for sales across Devices & Creativity and Gaming. CSO puts the consumer at the center, helping them discover, learn, and buy through direct and partner channels in over 120 countries around the world. Our team works with ecosystem partners and internal business groups to drive digital excellence and e-commerce capability, as well as accelerate cloud and subscription adoption. In the CSO Experimentation team, our mission is to earn fans and drive growth through the use of user research & experimentation. We do that across Microsoft’s consumer facing eCommerce storefronts, which are critical engagement points for millions of customers across the world that highlight our hardware, productivity, and entertainment offerings.

As an Experimentation Program Manager, you will support the Experimentation program by implementing and managing a comprehensive experimentation model across cross-functional teams. This role involves leading the creation and analysis of experimentation strategies, fostering a culture of innovation and ensuring the seamless integration of experimentation into business processes.
