We are looking for someone to drive thought leadership and help customers in their business process transformation, using Microsoft Dynamics365, Contact Center as a Service, Power Platform and our AI innovations. The role will lead the experienced sales and technical experts (Global Black Belt) to effectively engage C-Suite level stakeholders and build and maintain relationships with Business Decision Makers (BDMs) in our top customers to help them achieve their business goals. The role will bring industry-relevant business value insights and leading solutions to successfully enable the customersβ end-to-end business transformation
