LaunchDarkly is seeking a Mid-Level Backend Engineer (L3) to join our Metrics Team, which powers the analytical backbone of our product offerings. This team plays a pivotal role in enabling features like Experimentation, Guarded Releases, and Error Monitoring by creating seamless and robust ways for users to capture and analyze metrics.
As an L3 Backend Engineer, you will contribute to the design and implementation of high-performance, scalable systems that process and analyze large volumes of data. Youβll work closely with our talented engineers, designers, and product managers to tackle challenging technical problems, mentor junior team members, and ensure the success of our metrics infrastructure. This role offers opportunities for leadership in project development, driving technical solutions, and influencing the evolution of our backend architecture.

Target pay ranges based on Geographic Zones* for Level 3:
