Job Responsibilities
- Completion of DV University and other onboarding tasks to understand DV’s products and the role of an account manager at DV.
- Responsible for assisting the Account Management team with their day-to-day activities supporting our clients with outstanding service.
- Provide internal support for the Account Management team.
- Take part in all internal meetings relevant for Account Managers.
- Join external client-facing meetings.
- Complete assigned tasks within appropriate SLA/deadline on a daily basis.
- Create cases in Salesforce for requesting support from the Implementation Management.
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently enrolled to a business studies related subject
- Fluent in German & English language
- Organized with a rigorous attention to detail, drive for excellence, and a positive “can-do”approach.
