UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a motivated UX/UI Designer to join our OneSpan Product Management team. This position is open to candidates who have their residence in Belgium as it is a hybrid role.

Key Responsibilities:

• UI Design Ownership:
  • Design and maintain the user interface for our admin interfaces.
  • Lead the design of our mobile apps, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• User Experience Strategy:
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and improve the overall user experience for our anti-fraud and authentication solutions.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for hardware device usability and user interaction.
• Mockup Creation:
  • Develop detailed mockups, wireframes, and prototypes to communicate design ideas effectively.
• Design Language Development:
  • Establish and evolve the design language for our Security business to ensure consistency across all products and platforms.
• Accessibility Standards:
  • Ensure that all designs adhere to accessibility standards such as WCAG to provide an inclusive user experience for all users.
• Collaboration:
  • Work closely with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to align on design goals and deliver impactful solutions.
  • Participate in user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on designs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer, or similar role.
• Strong portfolio showcasing your past work and design process.
• High proficiency with modern design tools such as Figma.
• Understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and responsive design
• Experience in designing for enterprise solutions or security-related products is a plus.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into simple and elegant designs.
• Knowledge of design systems and the ability to create and manage a unified design language.
