The Driving Dynamics team is essentially a vehicle dynamics department plus driving comfort specialists. Our mission is to deliver the ultimate dynamic ride experience to the passenger and safe, predictable handling to the autonomy stack via tuning and integration of tires, suspension (active and passive), and low-level controls.
As a Vehicle Dynamics Simulation Intern, you will help implement simulation tools focused on active suspension comfort and energy usage. This will require creating drive cycles, 3D maps, and integration with Zoox firmware. You will also create analysis and visualization tools (e.g. dashboards, simulation reports) to communicate results to the team.
