As a member of the Client Services team, a Client Service Engineer will be responsible for Zoox’s employee-facing technical services. You will mentor and assist Client Service Technicians with day-to-day support operations. You will work closely with the business and other IT teams to troubleshoot issues, increase efficiency, and improve user experience.
