YOUR ROLE:
Working closely with the VP, Data Privacy and the agency Data Privacy & Security (DPS) team, as well as the technical project team to support and maintain robust data governance practices on a major client in North America. Fostering a data-driven culture, with precision and empathy at scale.
This role’s responsibilities focus on managing a data governance process, across agency disciplines and projects, maintaining standards relating to data governance practices across the data lifecycle and ensuring compliance with data handling regulations. Working closely with internal data and with technical, operations and business leadership teams to identify and implement appropriate standards and practices. Additionally, working with government stakeholders to ensure that the project is staying within their guidance and staying compliant. The role requires someone who is extremely hands-on, highly collaborative, and willing to dig into the details. The individual will work with both internal stakeholders as well as external clients and third-party vendors/organizations. This role requires broad, practical knowledge of managing data governance models and working to implement at a day-to-day level.

This range is specific to Chicago and multiple factors are considered in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to: skill set, experience and training, certifications; etc. This is an exempt position.
