The ideal candidate will be positive, proactive, detail oriented and have an open mindset. This person will demonstrate drive and initiative as well as the ability to adapt to changing circumstances. The person should be resourceful and able to solve routine problems effectively as well as prioritize their own work and complete projects on time. Being detail oriented and having consistent and timely follow-through will be essential for success in this role. The team is looking for someone who can work successfully in a diverse team environment, build effective working relationships, and accommodate different working styles and perspectives of diverse individuals.
