We are seeking an Executive Assistant to support Maximilian Tayenthal, Founder, Co-CEO & COO of N26 (“co-CEO”). This key role enhances the co-CEO’s effectiveness by managing a range of administrative and strategic tasks. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized and adaptable, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, aligning with business priorities while maintaining professionalism and discretion.
Prepare meeting agendas, materials, and reports, and take detailed minutes, ensuring timely follow-up on action items.
Lead and coordinate internal and external projects and events, ensuring alignment with the co-CEO’s strategic goals.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
Organizing, strategically manage and maintain the co-CEO’s calendar, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts to ensure efficient use of time.
Plan and coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries, accommodations, and transportation.
Track and manage expenses, ensuring compliance with company policies and budget guidelines.
Foster strong relationships with the co-CEO’s team members and collaborate with other executive assistants to share best practices.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
3-5 years of experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments.
Fluent in English; German fluency is strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen and the ability to quickly understand N26’s business model, as well as the roles and responsibilities of the co-CEO’s team and other departments across the organization.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including experience drafting and editing high-level documents.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Strong analytical skills to manage large volumes of data and communications, and a proactive approach to identifying and solving issues.
Advanced proficiency in working with Google Suite, including Google Slides presentation preparation.
Financial literacy and an understanding of corporate finance is a plus.
Strategic thinker with problem-solving capabilities and the ability to complete complex tasks with minimal guidance.
Adaptable to a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, with the ability to maintain key relationships and manage conflicts effectively.
Unquestionable personal integrity, ethics, and trust.
