In this role, you will drive alignment with both external and internal stakeholders to report on product adoption and utilization reports for Value Added Services (VAS) products that will support the growth of the Amazon Freight Partner (AFP) program. As part of the VAS team, you will analyze VAS product data and identify opportunities to improve partner operational performance. You will develop reports and processes to establish target partner benchmarks while aligning with both internal and external stakeholders highlight deviations to benchmark and ultimately escalate for taking action. You will also communicate with partners to gather research on their operations to ultimately recommend ways to improve product adoption to benchmarks. You will be ultimately be a key contributor to reports and communication with senior leadership on the success and impact of this analysis, driving towards key goals for the Middle Mile team.
Key job responsibilities
You will develop models and reporting structures to analyze product usage and identify gaps in performance benchmarks.
You will proposing and building fraud monitoring processes.
You will use data and research to address key challenges in VAS product utilization.
You will identify and escalate analysis of partner operational data, driving improvements in partner performance.
You will working alongside senior leadership to establish and prioritize improvement programs seeing them through from start to finish.
You will prepare documents and reports to crossfunctional stakeholders and senior leadership to report on status and success of your improvement programs.
You will work with BI and analytics teams to identify solutions to improve automation of reporting tools.
A day in the life
As Program Manager for the Value Added Services (VAS) team, you’ll drive and manage the implementation of data-driven change for our Freight Partners through assessing their operational and VAS data.
This will touch on setting up processes, reporting and communications on VAS product data for stakeholders and leadership to take action for partner improvement.

- Relevant experience communicating with and influencing a range of different stakeholders including senior management
- Relevant experience in analyzing data and drawing insights to drive process or customer improvement.
