Senior Technical Training Analyst

So, what’s the role all about?

NICE Actimize is currently seeking a Technical Trainer. This individual is responsible for delivering training, developing training plans, and partnering with Internal resources to create and update training materials. The ideal candidate will be a confident public speaker who is self-driven to stay up to date on the latest tools and best practices for product training.

How will you make an impact?  

• Deliver Online instructor-led training to customers
• Develop and coordinate training schedules
• Assess training needs
• Conduct customer surveys and interviews
• Consult with other trainers, managers, and leadership
• Support the conceptualization and development of training materials
• Communicate training needs and online resources as appropriate
• Create training strategies, initiatives, and materials
• Review, test, and provide feedback on training materials
• Provide accurate and timely training reports
• Facilitate customer training and onboarding using approved materials
• Document customer performance and outcomes of training
• Coordinate and monitor enrollment, schedules, costs, and equipment
• Travel as needed

Have you got what it takes?

• Must have 5-7 years of experience as a Technical Trainer
• Proficient computer skills, Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel)
• Good interpersonal skills and communication with all levels of management
• Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Able to analyze problems and strategize for better solutions
• Familiar with Training systems and best practices
