We’re looking for a Business Transformation Manager to join our team in NoAm. As a Business Transformation Manager you will play a crucial role in the success of the NOAM Retail GTM organization and company by contributing to the development and implementation of business strategies and processes.

With a focus on efficiency and effectiveness, you will work to align the organization’s operations with its long-term goals and objectives. You will be  responsible for analyzing data, identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions to drive growth and increase profitability.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement transformation strategies aligned with the organization's goals. Your projects will have a high impact on the organization.
  • Project Management: Oversee transformation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and on budget.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with various departments and stakeholders to gather insights and secure buy-in for transformation initiatives.
  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts, including communication plans and training programs to facilitate smooth transitions.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of transformation initiatives.
  • Current State Analysis: Map and understand in-depth current state architecture of people, process, data, technology, governance, and financial models.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for operational improvement and implement a structured approach to best practices that enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Analysis: Identify key trends from a large data set, determine underlying drivers of trends, and build simple financial / data models.

What you need to bring:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies with projects such as process improvements and initiatives, change management initiatives and strategic planning with GTM leaders.
  • A proven track record of driving results to meet KPIs across a department or organization.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate them into technology solutions.
  • A natural inclination to listen to clients, understand their needs, and provide tailored guidance.
  • A drive to achieve results and exceed expectations.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing client needs.
  • Ability to communicate confidently, effectively, and succinctly to executives and senior leadership the key takeaways and high-level asks.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions.
