Job Description

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience leading, developing and owning the production of projects from creative.
  • Experience in leading social 360 campaigns.
  • Ability to travel 20% of the time domestically or internationally.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with licensing, rights management and other business affairs responsibilities.
  • Experience managing production vendors and agencies, including negotiating rates and authoring statements of work.
  • Ability to execute within timelines, with multiple stakeholders and deliver projects on time and on budget.
  • Ability to grow in a fluid and highly creative environment, think strategically, and define complex programs with multiple workstreams.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

To achieve that, we’re a multidisciplinary team of marketers, strategists, insights specialists, creatives, producers, and engineers who work together to create exceptional marketing.

Our projects, like our users, span the globe and require Producers to keep the big picture in focus.

As a Producer, you will manage complex, multidisciplinary projects across all mediums. You will organize teams, plan requirements with internal customers and usher projects through the entire project life cycle. You will be responsible for actively managing content on our social channels, in a showrunner capacity, producing mapping and coordinating always on content.

In this role, you will also be responsible for setting and managing project schedules and budgets, as well as identifying risks and clearly communicating goals to project stakeholders and the team. Your projects often span offices, time zones and hemispheres, and it's your job to keep all the players coordinated on the project's progress and deadlines.

This role requires travel and projects that require them to be onsite for weeks at a time.
The US base salary range for this full-time position is $135,000-$200,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.   • Manage large-scale marketing initiatives with multiple workstreams in a highly creative environment. Maintain and advocate for the highest level of craft in every piece of work.
  • Find, source, and manage a diverse set of production partners to support the work. Educate stakeholders and agencies on process and guidelines for projects. Manage and prioritize frequent feedback from multiple stakeholders as projects develop.
  • Manage large teams of creative/producer leads, writers, developers, designers and animators. Define, evaluate, and improve processes.
  • Produce content development across social channels. Operate like a showrunner, ensuring a high volume of content is produced across multiple channels. Ability to identify social-first partners, creating content in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advocate diversity and inclusions across the work, internal teams, and external partners.
