You'll be at the forefront of crafting and executing innovative marketing strategies that not only reach but resonate with our target audience, fostering growth and enhancing customer engagement across digital platforms.

This position requires full-time in-office presence 5 days per week at our CBD location.

Key job responsibilities
- Oversee the development and implementation of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEM, SEO, and social media campaigns, to drive awareness and lead generation for the Selling on Amazon program.

- Utilise analytics and data insights to inform marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal ROI across all digital channels.

- Manage the end-to-end content creation process, working with stakeholders to produce engaging content that enhances our digital presence and fosters customer engagement.

- Work closely with internal and external teams to execute marketing initiatives, ensuring seamless integration and execution of campaigns.

- Continuously seek out new and innovative marketing drivers, experimenting with new approaches to scale programs and improve campaign performance.

A day in the life
In this role, your days will be dynamic and varied, centered around strategising and executing marketing initiatives that elevate the Selling on Amazon program. You'll dive into data analytics to inform your strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring your ideas to life, and continuously explore new avenues for growth. Your work will directly impact how businesses leverage Amazon to reach more customers, making a tangible difference in their success stories.

About the team
You'll be joining a collaborative and innovative team dedicated to making it easier for businesses to sell online. Our team is committed to pushing boundaries and exploring new marketing frontiers to support sellers in their journey. Your contributions will help shape the future of online selling, making a significant impact on both our sellers and customers.- 4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to manipulate and analyze data
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
