We are seeking a scrappy, highly professional, and results-driven Strategic Account Executive (New Verticals) who thrives on hunting down and closing first-of-kind enterprise deals. You will be on the front lines expanding Flex’s presence into new, non-discretionary payment categories (e.g., insurance, HOAs, utilities, auto) by developing and closing a pipeline of high-value opportunities for Flex’s embedded split pay offering. This is an entrepreneurial strategic sales role where you’ll combine a business development mindset, strong operational instincts, and hardcore sales discipline to close new enterprise partnership deals for the company. Reporting directly to the SVP of Business Development & Strategic Partnerships, you will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams, playing a pivotal role in Flex’s growth story. A hybrid work model with remote flexibility is offered.
The compensation range for this role will be commensurate with the candidate's experience and Flex's internal leveling guidelines and benchmarks. The base salary pay range will be $140,000 -$150,000, with a competitive commission structure/component.
