Are you ready to power the World's connections? About the role: In this role you will report directly to the Director of Talent and partner with our R&D leaders to scale our teams in APJ! You will be exposed to building and executing a worldwide expansion strategy. It will be your responsibility to generate a pipeline of candidates for our hard-to-fill roles across R&D. This role is a full cycle recruiting role and the expectation is to accelerate hiring across APJ. In this role, you will also work with all the hiring managers to run launch meetings for all new roles, setting and managing expectations on both ends, gather feedback from candidates and hiring managers and help coordinate the candidate experience.
