Senior Product Manager, Latino Market

This role is onsite 5 days a week in Fremont, CA

About the Role

As a Senior Product Manager focusing on Latino Markets, you'll lead the vision, strategy, and execution of products specifically designed for our Latino customer base. You'll work cross-functionally to create compelling shopping experiences that resonate with Latino communities while driving growth and engagement across our platform.

Responsibilities

• Drive product vision and strategy for Latino-focused initiatives, ensuring alignment with overall company objectives and market opportunities
• Partner closely with Merchandising, Customer Service, Design, and Marketing teams to create cohesive and culturally authentic user experiences
• Conduct comprehensive customer research, analyze user behavior data, and implement AB testing to identify growth opportunities and optimize user experiences
• Design and implement innovative incentive systems that drive both social engagement and financial rewards to create sustainable growth
• Serve as the voice of the Latino customer within Weee!, presenting insights and recommendations to executive leadership
• Lead the end-to-end product development process from ideation to launch, including requirement definition, user story creation, and feature prioritization
• Monitor key performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to continuously improve product performance
• Build and maintain product roadmaps that balance customer needs, business objectives, and technical feasibility

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field
• 5+ years of product management experience in consumer internet or mobile applications
• Strong track record of successfully launching and scaling consumer-facing products
• Demonstrated ability to drive complex projects from conception to completion
• Excellence in UX design principles with the ability to create product mockups and wireframes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making and AB testing
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Experience building and presenting business cases to senior stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

• Spanish or Portuguese language proficiency
• Experience with e-commerce or mobile shopping applications
• Understanding of Latino markets and consumer behavior
• MBA or advanced degree in relevant field
• Experience with personalization and recommendation systems
• Background in marketplace or two-sided platform products
• Previous experience in grocery, retail, or food delivery

• Product Analytics Tools (Amplitude, Mixpanel)
• AB Testing Platforms
• SQL for data analysis
• Prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch)
• Agile methodologies
• Project management tools (Jira, Asana)

Compensation Range

• The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000 - 173,000
• This role may be eligible to discretionary bonus, incentives and benefits 
• Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location
