About the job:As a People Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role on the People team, dedicated to delivering a world-class experience by providing exceptional support and guidance throughout the employee lifecycle. This includes onboarding new hires, managing offboarding, transfers, and addressing employee inquiries to foster a positive work environment. You will be the first point of contact for employees, helping them navigate our various HR processes, programs and initiatives.
You will prepare and maintain essential HR documentation, such as employment contracts, reference letters, and employee files, ensuring a seamless experience for employees. Additionally, you will ensure the accuracy of employee records in the HRIS (Workday), maintain compliance with labor laws, and support the development and implementation of HR policies.
