About the role:We are seeking a strategic and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure seamless SaaS deployments that meet the highest standards of quality. With dual reporting to both the Manager of Onboarding Services and the Manager of Implementation Quality Assurance, you will play a key role in designing and executing test plans, collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve issues, and delivering timely, high-quality software releases that align with customer needs. You will also drive continuous pross improvements and contribute to strategic initiatives—all with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and technical excellence.
Work Schedule: This is a full-time position, and standard working hours are Monday through Friday.
