Ihre Rolle

Als Finance Manager bei Axon Enterprise gestalten Sie die finanzielle Zukunft unseres Unternehmens. Sie übernehmen eine Schlüsselrolle bei der erfolgreichen Integration neuer Unternehmen und stellen den reibungslosen Ablauf der Finanzen und des Accountings sicher. Dabei treiben Sie die Effizienz und Genauigkeit unseres Berichtswesens und verbessern Prozesse und interne Kontrollen. Mit Ihrer Expertise vereinen Sie komplexe Finanzlandschaften und helfen uns dabei, noch schneller und effizienter zu wachsen. Sie entwickeln Finanzanalysen, die uns bei strategischen Entscheidungen unterstützen, und stellen sicher, dass wir alle relevanten Rechnungslegungsstandards einhalten. Sie arbeiten eng mit internationalen Teams zusammen und entwickeln Ihre Fähigkeiten kontinuierlich weiter.

Die Rolle ist in Kassel und/oder Frankfurt a. M. angesiedelt und kann teilweise vom Homeoffice ausgeführt werden. Während des Monatsabschlusses sind kurzzeitige Dienstreisen nach Kassel erforderlich. Die Rolle berichtet an den Finance Director, Germany.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung der finanziellen Integration neuer Akquisitionen in Axon Enterprise
  • Unterstützung des lokalen Teams bei der Durchführung des Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlussprozesses nach HGB und US GAAP,
  • Durchführung aller relevanter Monatsabschlussaktivitäten, einschließlich der Erstellung von Abschlussbuchungen, Kontenabstimmungen, Prüfung von Lieferantenverträgen im Hinblick auf die bilanzielle Bewertung und Durchführung von Abweichungsanalysen,
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung monatlicher Analysen, um Soll-Ist-Vergleiche zu erstellen und monatliche Abschlussergebnisse zu analysieren,
  • Überwachung und Verwaltung von Kostenrechnungsprozessen, einschließlich der Entwicklung von Standardkosten, Abweichungsanalysen und Bestandsbewertungen,
  • Unterstützung bei Konsolidierungs- und Berichterstattungsprozessen, einschließlich der Berücksichtigung von Wechselkurseffekten und der Eliminierung konzerninterner Salden,
  • Sicherung eines effizienten Working-Capital-Managements und Umsetzung der globalen Treasury Strategie,
  • Implementierung von Tools, Maßnahmen und Best Practices zur Standardisierung und Skalierung der Geschäftsprozesse,
  • Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Analysen und Durchführung von Sonderprojekten zur Unterstützung des Wachstums.

Was Sie mitbringen

  • Mehr als 10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einem schnelllebigen Wachstumsumfeld, vorzugsweise in börsennotierten oder großen Pre-IPO-Gesellschaften,
  • Erfahrungen in einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft (Big 4) wünschenswert,
  • Erfahrung in einem Produktionsumfeld mit fundiertem Verständnis der Kostenrechnung,
  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Rechnungswesen, Finanzen oder einem verwandten Bereich,
  • Erfahrung in der Dokumentation/Durchführung von SOX-Kontrollen,
  • Starke organisatorische sowie mündliche und schriftliche Kommunikationsfähigkeiten,
  • Erfahrung in der Prozessneugestaltung und/oder dem Fokus auf Prozesseffizienz,
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten, Genauigkeit und Liebe zum Detail,
  • Hervorragendes Zeit- und Selbstmanagement, Verhandlungsgeschick, Prioritäten setzen,
  • Erfahrung mit Salesforce und NetSuite-ERP
  • Ausgezeichnete Excel-Kenntnisse
  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch
