Us

Account Manager Role

The Account Manager plays a pivotal role on Team X – Omnicom’s global agency for Mercedes-Benz.

Working as part of an integrated team across London and Berlin, you’ll help deliver multi-channel campaigns for 19 European markets. You’ll partner closely with a dedicated Project Management team, who focus on the day-to-day delivery — managing timelines, resources and internal workflows — so you can focus on building strong client and market relationships, aligning work with strategy, and driving projects forward.

As one of the client’s main points of contact, you’ll lead communications, guide key milestones, and help to provide innovative in-channel recommendations. You’ll also collaborate with our Global team, ensuring regional work is aligned and keeping clients informed of any changes or delays.

We’re looking for someone who is naturally organised, a strong communicator, and thrives when managing multiple stakeholders. You’ll be confident, proactive, and comfortable navigating a variety of conversations — always with a focus on delivering high-quality, market relevant work.

Lastly, you’ll be passionate about great creative and proud to build lasting partnerships with your clients.

The Opportunity

  • Join a large, supportive team of over 100 talented people in London, including a dedicated group of 8 focused on delivering European assets across Project Management and Client Leadership.
  • Benefit from a strong delivery structure: our project managers handle the internal processes (resourcing, timings, costs), allowing you to focus on client relationships, strategy alignment and driving projects forward.
  • Get hands-on with a wide variety of campaigns – from car launches to brand and retail – across channels including Email, Social, Web, DM, Press, OOH and Digital.
  • Collaborate with in-house specialists in CGI, DCO, media and more – giving you access to deep expertise across every touchpoint.
  • Work on world-class creative that is seen across Europe and beyond, helping shape how the brand is experienced on a global stage.
  • We’re big on developing careers. You’ll get a three-monthly one to one with your manager just to talk about your objectives and how you’re tracking against them as well as the regular career conversations.

 

Role Requirements

 

  • Experience managing client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
  • Confident working with multiple stakeholders across markets.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • A creative eye with a keen interest in visual quality and detail.
  • Previous experience with CGI or retouching briefs is an advantage, but not essential.
  • We’re looking for someone who’s curious, collaborative and proactive — someone who enjoys problem-solving, asks questions and takes real ownership of their work. You’ll be working closely with both clients and internal teams, so clear communication and a team-first mindset are key.
