Technical Support Specialist (Advanced Support)

As part of our day team, you will collaborate closely with the 2nd-level support team, addressing technical queries and managing escalations from other teams. Alongside our Customer Care and Data Center Operations teams based in Haarlem, you’ll help ensure we consistently deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers.
What is the role about?
- Provide technical guidance and assistance to 1st- and 2nd-level support teams.
- Handle escalations from other departments, such as Customer Success, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Product Engineering, to identify and implement optimal solutions for our customers.
- Undertake small side projects aimed at improving workflows within the technical support department.
What we’re looking for:
Our ideal candidate has the following:
- Proficiency in Linux and Windows environments.
- Experience with virtualization products (e.g., VPS and Private Clouds).
- Familiarity with Control Panel Software (e.g., cPanel, Plesk).
- Knowledge of domains and web hosting (e.g., DNS, SSL).
- Understanding of mail server configurations.
- Basic knowledge of hosting-related hardware and a foundational understanding of networking.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Eligibility to work in the Netherlands.
