FullStack Engineer, AppHelp

About You 

We are looking to hire a skilled and ambitious software developer talent and full-stack engineer who is comfortable with both front-end and back-end programming. We love the entrepreneurial spirit and those who bring experience from established organizations. You are a highly technical, hands-on developer with a passion for producing maintainable and robust code. You will design and develop well-tested software, build mission-critical services, and APIs that scale with our increasingly elegant set of features. 

What you'll do and how you'll have an impact

• You will help shape and evolve the ecosystem for integrations into our platform as we scale with more use cases and areas of extensibility.
• Design, implement and support scalable fault-tolerant systems to minimize customer impact in case of failures.
• Participate in the ongoing effort to move apps to a micro-services architecture.
• You'll work shoulder to shoulder with some of the best people in different disciplines like product management and business analytics.

What you'll need

• 3+ years experience with working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (ReactJS will be an added advantage), NodeJS, or Java.
• Courage to dig in, refactor code, and explore new technology.
• Enjoy building production grade code then supporting and maintaining it once it goes live.
• Knowledge of web service technologies and building REST APIs.
• You are competent and able to independently program using following technologies 
• Core Java & Java Frameworks:  Spring Framework / J2EE
• HTML / CSS3 & JavaScript / TypeScript. Added advantage if you know ReactJs / Redux / AngularJS
• Node.Js & Node.JS Frameworks: Express / HappiJS
• MySQL / MongoDB ( Should understand MySQL procedures)
• Data Structure / Algorithms 
• Unit Testing using JUnit
• You have working knowledge and some experience working with following technologies: Container: Docker, Orchestration: Kubernetes, Messaging: Kafka
• Having knowledge on following is not must but desirable: Design Patterns, Integration Testing / Performance Testing, Agile Development methodology.
