Your Mission
We are looking for a B2B Sales Operations Manager to join the Daily team at BlaBlaCar on a permanent contract starting March 2025 .
BlaBlaCar Daily is part of BlaBlaCar’s Western Europe business dedicated to short distance (less than 80 km distance) carpooling and in particular work to home commute. It is operated with a dedicated mobile application and brand. Strengthened by the acquisition merger of Klaxit in April 2023, short distance carpooling usage is growing rapidly (+60% volume usage YoY in 2023), in collaboration with local collectivities (B2G) and private employers (B2B) co-financing partners.
As a B2B Sales Operations Manager, your role will be to implement the parameters, following up on the figures and making sure the processes are always up to date. You are a key contact of the Account Management teams, you will collaborate with the Finance & Tech teams of BlaBlaCar Daily. You will be reporting to the Head of Daily B2B team Sarah Wodehouse and working with a direct team of 2 members and supporting a larger team of 20 members.
