Construction Superintendent MEP - Zaragoza

Microsoft Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO&I) is the team behind the cloud.  Within CO&I, the Engineering Procurement and Construction (EPC) team is responsible for delivering core datacenter infrastructure for Microsoft’s cloud business. The MS portfolio consists of complex, multi-disciplinary, large scale, multi-year datacenter construction and lease projects. The Data Center Development (DCD) Construction Superintendent MEP role will provide leadership of all field related Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing (MEP) system mission critical activities and coordinate with DCD Construction Project Manager (CPM), Consultants, OFCI Vendors, General Contractors, Subcontractors and other project stakeholders for proper execution.  

 The MEP Construction Superintendent is ultimately responsible for:  

• the complete project delivery of the MEP scope for each site location, including commissioning.   

• ensuring that each project meets the Data Center Development (DCD) guidelines and standards, which may be adjusted from time-to-time based on best practices and Lesson Learned drawn from previous projects as well as industry changing best practice.
