Come join Amazon Key to help our team empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. Our team is actively seeking a motivated and multi-talented individual who will be work closely with cross-functional teams to implement our technology for our customers. This is a multifaceted role that will require the ability to establish and maintain relationships with the stakeholders for applicable initiatives, and the willingness to support operations with general business functions. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in scaling a new technology solution for our customers.

The Business Operations Manager may be required to travel in order to effectively support stakeholders and customers on successful implementation of our technology.


Key job responsibilities
-Developing and implementing operational plans, policies, and procedures to optimize business performance
-Analyzing data and metrics to identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
-Managing cross-functional teams to coordinate activities, resolve issues, and drive results
-Fostering a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and exceptional customer service
-Serving as a strategic business partner to senior leadership, providing recommendations to enhance operations
-Must be willing to travel

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate will have:

-Experience in business operations and vendor management
-Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
-Proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering measurable business impact

A day in the life
As a Business Operations Manager, your day is filled with a variety of responsibilities aimed at driving operational excellence across the organization.
Your day is likely to include reviewing the latest performance metrics and KPIs for your assigned business units, identifying any areas of concern and proactively reaching out to the relevant stakeholders. You dedicate time to project management, reviewing the status of ongoing initiatives and removing any roadblocks for your team.
Throughout the day, you maintain a relentless focus on delivering results. You leverage your business acumen, cross-functional expertise, and leadership abilities to drive continuous improvement and position the organization for long-term success.

Amazon Key empowers customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses. Whether streamlining deliveries, giving customers control over who can enter their property, or letting them answer their building’s front door from anywhere, Amazon Key technology puts security, convenience, privacy, and access control in customers’ hands. Amazon Key products currently serve single-family homes, multifamily properties, and commercial businesses across four continents.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software
- 5+ years of Microsoft Excel experience
- Experience defining, refining and implementing sales processes, procedures and policies or equivalent- 5+ years of finance, business management and sales operations experience
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company
