We seek a Business Value Management Specialist to drive the development and enhancement of our Value Management Tool within the Google Apps Suite. This role combines business value strategy expertise with the technical skills to optimize data management, visualization, and automation. The ideal candidate will be business value-focused and passionate about technical tool creation.  This position will collaborate across teams to deliver actionable insights, ensure data integrity, and continuously improve our tools and processes.

As a Business Value Management Specialist in JFrog you will...

• Enhance and maintain the Value Management Tool using Google Apps Script and/or JavaScript. 
• Develop new models aligned with business goals and stakeholder requirements.
• Partner with senior business value consultants, product managers, marketing, sales, and executives to define and optimize business value models.
• Design dynamic content and visualizations to illustrate value realization effectively.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security in all reporting and dashboards while coordinating data sharing across teams.
• Oversee tool updates, feature rollouts, and team adoption, including potential migration to commercially available software.
• Monitor tool performance and gather stakeholder feedback to drive iterative enhancements.

To be a Business Value Management Specialist in JFrog you need...

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in business or a related field.
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, and Google Workspace APIs (e.g., Calendar API, Drive API, Gmail API).
• Proficiency in the Google Apps Suite (Sheets, Presentations, Drive, Gmail) and Google Apps Script for automation and tool development.
• Experience in dynamic content creation, data visualization, and presenting complex insights to diverse audiences.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver timely results.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with a history of working effectively across teams and functions.
• Familiarity with commercially available value management software or Google Apps Script Certification (preferred).

WHAT JFROG CAN OFFER…

• At JFrog, base salary is only one component of our compensation package.
• This position has a base salary range between $155,000 to $175,000.  Base salary will be based on your skills, qualifications, experience and location.
• This position also includes an equity package of restricted stock units (RSU).  In addition, JFrog employees are eligible to participate in our Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
