About the Role


We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical Revenue Operations Manager to join our dynamic team to support our APAC business. This role will play a crucial part in driving operational excellence, streamlining processes, and supporting our sales team by being the operational liaison between APAC and the broader global organization. You will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including deal desk operations, sales operations, and partner operations.
 
This is a full-time position based out of our Sydney office.

What You’ll Do

  • Deal Desk Operations:

    • Act as a liaison for sellers between multiple groups (ie: sales ops, finance, product, sales leadership, legal) to help facilitate timely and accurate deal closure.
    • Manage complex, non-standard deals with multiple cross-functional partners
    • Provide guidance to Account Executives/Sales Management on deal structures in order to meet customer requirements and maximize ARR.
    • Partner with Finance and Legal teams to craft contractual language to ensure transactions comply with revenue recognition and business operational policies.
    • Manage approval workflows for pricing, discounts and special terms for the sales and customer success teams using Deal Desk established guidelines and company best practices.
    • Perform month-end and quarter-end closing activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of contracts, order forms and other document review and reporting

  • Sales Operations:

    • Participate in regular forecast calls to track sales pipeline and identify potential opportunities.
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales territories and quotas.
    • Analyze sales data to identify trends and insights, providing actionable recommendations to grow the APAC region.
    • Manage and troubleshoot system-related issues, including ticket creation/resolution and product requirement documents (PRDs) as necessary for the success of the region

  • Partner Operations: 

    • Support processing Partner applications, understanding our Partner Portal and Partner Account management in Salesforce
    • Validate partner discounting is accurately reflected in our systems
    • Troubleshoot new partner registration and partner deal registration 
    • Support administration/creation of Partner Portal and Partner Academy users

 

Skills We’re Looking For

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience in deal desk operations, sales operations, or partner management.
  • A solid understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience advising sales on complex deal structures, contract terms, etc.
  • History of successfully working with a U.S.-headquartered global company
  • Experience using or administering different business systems and integration (e.g., Outreach, Gong, D&B, ZoomInfo, LeanData, etc.)
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel to assess, manipulate, and analyze data (familiarity with Looker a plus)
