The People & Organization team
The People and Organization (P&O) team is dedicated to making sure Cogniters are equipped to do their best work and become the best versions of themselves. Together, we are a diverse global P&O team including People Operations & Rewards, Talent Acquisition, Organizational Development & People Business Partners. We are currently present in Norway, USA and India with more to come.
In this role, you will make an impact and work in close collaboration with these functions in addition to various stakeholders across the organization, whilst reporting to VP Operations & Reward.
We are looking for an adaptive, agile, proactive and hands-on team player who wants to make an impact and take ownership to drive the People Operations agenda.
