Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform for businesses. Millions of companies—from the world’s largest enterprises to the most ambitious startups—use Stripe to accept payments, grow their revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities. Our mission is to increase the GDP of the internet, and we have a staggering amount of work ahead. That means you have an unprecedented opportunity to put the global economy within everyone’s reach while doing the most important work of your career.
Our global payments team helps Stripe’s customers accelerate their global expansion plans by getting access to localized payment methods, insights, and opportunities to grow their business worldwide. To accomplish this goal, we deliver experiences through a range of touch points including Stripe’s dashboard and the optimized checkout suite. Stripe’s dashboard is the focal point of our customers’ user experience, helping them setup, accept, and manage payments between their customers and businesses around the world. In addition to serving Stripe’s customers, the global payments team also maintains a partner-facing dashboard that helps our third party partners understand and accelerate the value they see from partnering with Stripe. Across all these touchpoints, we’re responsible for creating high quality product experiences that highlight the power of Stripe while simplifying complexity so our partners and users can focus on running their business instead of learning how to use Stripe.
As a designer on the team, you’ll work closely with the product manager and engineering team to envision the future of payments in the Stripe dashboard and partner with go-to-market teams to bring it to users. That includes new feature development alongside product quality improvements to our most frequently used workflows. You’ll work to reimagine our products to meet user expectations in an increasingly data and automation driven world.
We’re looking for someone who meets the minimum requirements to be considered for the role. If you meet these requirements, you are encouraged to apply. The preferred qualifications are a bonus, not a requirement.
