Do you want to redefine what it means for a Brand to create a customer obsessed product merchandising on Amazon? In this role you will lead Amazon Private Brands efforts to transition product merchandising from defect identification and remediation to optimal for customers. As a Sr. Product Manager you will be responsible for defining the vision for Amazon Private Brands Product Merchandising. You will build a roadmap to transition Merchandising from the current state of rules based to a future state of Gen AI and what is Best in Class and finally what is optimal for customers. You will invent ways to objectively measure what is currently subjective. You will build and develop a roadmap to measure ASIN Merchandising allowing Amazon Private Brands products to redefine what a customer obsessed e-commerce Detail Page is. This is an opportunity to invent for Private Brands and expand to all of Amazon.


A day in the life
In this role, you will:

* Lead the vision, develop the roadmap and drive execution to transition APB’s ASIN Merchandising work from rules based to Gen AI based.
* Work closely with data science and engineering to deliver Gen AI solutions that scale across APB catalog
* Own APBs efforts on a a set of catalog attributes that are key to ASIN Experience
* Interface and partner with all levels of the Amazon Private Brands businesses.
* Proactively identify and resolve strategic issues to help the team meet strategic, financial, and technical goals
- Experience in product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology
- Experience owning feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience in using statistical analysis to identify issues or opportunities for improvement
- Bachelor's Degree- Master's degree or equivalent
- 7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
