Job Description

You will be part of the GPS Asia Team (Global Partner Solutions) that assists partners to achieve digital transformation and business outcomes leveraging Microsoft solutions for our shared customers. The GPS Asia team has been established to enable consistent operating models across the Asia region, with responsibilities for both Area and region function insights and business performance.

 

Key to the role is the ability to drive actionable outcomes and guide and optimize the partner sales and category processes across both Area subsidiaries and the region. You will cross-collaborate with other roles to provide forward-looking performance recommendations for your segment.

 

We are looking for an outcome-driven Sales Excellence (SEL) to support the GPS segment's current and forward-looking business goals.

 

You will drive a predictable Rhythm of Business (ROB) with cross-functional teams to ensure quality five-quarter (5Q) rolling business outcomes. You will work with Segment and Partner stakeholders to instill sales process discipline on pipeline health management, guide partner development leaders on Microsoft sales methodologies, and collaborate across roles and segments to proactively seek resolution to manage change within your Area and regional responsibilities.

 

This role is flexible in that you can work up to 50% from home.
