The Impact You'll Be Contributing to Moloco:

Join Moloco as a Growth Director and exemplify workstreams to best engage and grow our most strategic partners in their long term goals and success. Be the go to thought partner on how to grow their mobile businesses!  Moloco is a top mobile Demand Side Platform, driving performance results for metrics driven clients. Reporting to the Regional Country Leader, the Growth Director at MOLOCO will work with a team of growth managers and growth associates, and strategically partner with client decision makers to drive long term joint success. 

You will operate as a strategic partner to develop and deliver (individually and through the wider team) the full spectrum of products and systems that drive business performance.

Here’s what you’ll be working on:

  • Develop and lead client growth strategy and execution of Moloco Cloud DSP 
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with executive leaders and key decision makers in our existing clients 
  • Be your client’s go to person to serve as the external programmatic expert– Stay current on industry trends, and most importantly - offer actionable insights to clients.
  • Independently create campaign specific proposals for customers to achieve their business objectives and drive revenue growth. 
  • Interprets and applies new thinking to internal or external business trends and proactively recommends DSP upsell opportunities.  
  • Creates account strategy, timelines, goals and communicates delivery of implementation action of plan.
  • Effectively prioritizes work for each managed account both internally and externally, holding customers accountable for joint business planning. 
  • Exceed quarterly revenue number, proactively supporting other accounts to help grow the business, while  reaching sales OKR's.
  • Work closely with Clients, Sales, other Growth Managers, Data Science and cross-functional teams to identify and to drive client’s success.
  • Help build and iterate on new products and client solutions and work with Product, Data-Science, and Engineering teams

Here is what you need to succeed

  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • 8+ years Mobile Advertising experience in Account Management. 
  • Strong ownership mentality and a curious approach to problem solving.
  • Proven track record negotiating and influencing partner decision makers.
  • Ability to influence without authority - focus your team around you on joint business goals and help them through coaching and leading by example.
  • Familiarity with big data, MMPs and ad tech.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and perform in an ambiguous, fast-paced work environment.
  • Analytical skills to decipher campaigns and improve approaches.
  • Growth-minded to thrive in a startup environment.
