The Ogilvy Indonesia team is expanding and looking to build a pool of potential profiles for the position of Senior Art Director. 

As a Senior Art Director at Ogilvy, you will lead the creative vision and execution for campaigns across social, digital, and ATL channels. This role demands exceptional artistic leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to mentor and inspire a team of creatives to deliver impactful and visually stunning work that resonates with audiences and aligns with client objectives. 

  • A highly creative and strategic thinker with a strong visual sensibility and attention to detail.
  • Preferred: A portfolio with experience in beauty brands, showcasing expertise in visual storytelling and branding within the beauty industry.
  • Skilled in crafting designs that connect with diverse audiences across social, digital, and ATL platforms.
  • Proficient in design software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
  • Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and composition principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present and sell ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • A natural leader who thrives in collaborative environments and inspires others to excel.
  • Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Open to feedback and committed to continually improving the quality of work.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing award-winning, impactful, and diverse creative work.
  • 5+ years of experience in art direction or a related creative role, with at least 3 years in a senior position.
  • Proven track record of delivering integrated campaigns across social, digital, and ATL channels.
  • Experience in branding, creating compelling visual narratives, and working with premium brands.
