About the team
We're looking for a driven, strategic, and results-oriented PMM to lead product marketing for Bridge, a Stripe company. Bridge is an entirely new payments platform, built with stablecoins, to simplify global money movement.
As the first PMM for Bridge, you’ll be responsible for product marketing across the lifecycle, from helping shape the product with market insights, to crafting messaging, to growing product awareness and adoption in partnership with Sales, Marketing, Product, and more. This is a highly-cross functional role that will work both across the teams at Bridge and at Stripe to help grow the Bridge business.
You’ll be embedded with the Bridge team in San Francisco while also being part of the Stripe product marketing team.

You like working with data and insights and pair that with your passion for users to generate balanced and thoughtful points of view for how to take products to marketKeep things organized. You are able to manage highly interdependent, complex projects and keep various work streams on track
- Have a passion for technology and crypto. You are keen to learn about how things work and are able to explain technical concepts in ways that everyday people can understand. You’re deeply curious about finance and crypto and translate that passion into impactful product marketing
- Be ambitious and thrive in complexity. You are eager to make an impact at Bridge (and consequently, Stripe). You thrive in a fast-moving, dynamic, hyper-growth environment and are able to operate fluidly between the 30,000-foot strategy level and the micro-detail to get things right
- Act as a team player. Product Marketers collaborate with basically every team in the business. You are able to work with a range of disciplines to execute on your work
Responsibilities
- Generate customer, competitive, and market insights to help inform the product strategy for Bridge and to build a cohesive marketing and go-to-market plan for the business, partnering closely with product, marketing, and sales
- Develop messaging and positioning for Bridge across user segments, personas, and use cases. Develop campaign-level content as well as sales enablement assets
- Drive marketing for product releases and launches
- Enable sales and marketing with the content and materials to drive growth for the Bridge business
- Act as a liaison between Bridge and Stripe product marketing to bring connectivity across the marketing strategy for both parts of the business
Who you are

Minimum requirements
- 8+ years of relevant experience including B2B product marketing, marketing, product management, and management consulting
- Ability to be agile and thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Proven track record of leading product marketing in a complex B2B business (ideally across both sold and self-serve businesses)
- Experience in working in businesses that serve both startups and scaled enterprises is preferred
- Action-oriented and comfortable moving forward without clear guidelines or instructions
- Team management experience preferred but not required. This role will be an individual contributor at first, but the ideal candidate will be able to build a team over time
- Excellent writing and communication skills with the ability to simplify complex topics for diverse audiences
- Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset for decision-making
- Strong cross-functional relationship builder at all levels of an organization
