Data Engineering Leader, Analytics (Instagram)

Instagram's mission is to inspire creativity that brings people together. Creators are at the heart of this mission: we succeed if Instagram is a creator's first choice for building their home and sharing their creativity. We’re recruiting for a Data Engineering leader for the Sharing organization to help accelerate this mission, focusing on Instagram's creation and creator experiences. This leader would have holistic responsibility for how public sharing occurs on Instagram. They would lead Data Engineering teams responsible for Instagram’s creation experiences across its permanent surfaces (i.e. Reels and Feed), as well as teams responsible for creator monetization, and tools Instagram builds to allow creators to learn how to grow such as Insights.
