We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Paralegal to join our Corporate Secretary team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive legal and administrative support to the Corporate Secretary’s office, assisting with corporate governance, board and shareholder matters, compliance, and regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, governance matters, and an understanding of the duties and responsibilities of a Corporate Secretary’s office in public company environment.
