Position Summary:
Pax8 is seeking a strategic and experienced Senior Director of Rewards & Loyalty Programs to lead and evolve our industry-leading Voyager Alliance, a comprehensive partner engagement and loyalty program designed for the Pax8 cloud marketplace and our global ecosystem of Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
This leader will shape the future of how we recognize, reward, and retain partners by delivering differentiated value throughout the partner lifecycle. You will bring deep expertise in building scalable loyalty strategies and programs, whether from B2B or B2C environments, with a strong grasp of how to drive meaningful, long-term partner engagement through data, incentives, and behavioral insights.
This role requires cross-functional leadership, creative thinking, and the ability to balance strategic vision with execution in a high-growth, channel-first SaaS environment.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Own and evolve the Voyager Alliance program strategy, roadmap, and execution—ensuring alignment with Pax8’s partner experience and global business objectives and driving business outcomes.
- Lead the design and implementation of a points-based Rewards Program, tailored to drive program member growth, partner purchases, and sustained engagement.
- Leverage data and tools to develop personalized partner journeys and experiences based on personas, profiles, and performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product and Engineering, Marketing, Sales, and regional teams across EMEA, APAC, and North America to launch new value offers and optimize partner engagement.
- Establish clear KPIs, ROI models, and a robust data strategy to measure program success and partner satisfaction.
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to design and deliver high-impact promotions, campaigns, and co-branded offers that drive mutual growth.
- Maintain a deep understanding of the evolving needs of partners in the indirect channel and advocate for program innovation to meet those needs.
- Embrace an agile, product-oriented mindset, iterating regularly to release new incentives, enhancements, and loyalty experiences.
- Support rollout and adoption efforts across geographies, ensuring strong field alignment and operational readiness.
Ideal Skills, Experience, and Competencies:
- 6+ years of experience leading customer or partner loyalty/rewards programs in B2B or B2C environments, with a strong record of strategic ownership and demonstrable business impact.
- 3+ years in a senior leadership role, with proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
- Deep expertise in designing and scaling engagement programs—including tiering, points systems, gamification, or lifecycle-based loyalty strategies.
- Strong command of data-driven engagement techniques, including segmentation, behavioral targeting, personalization, and journey mapping.
- Proven experience working in or supporting indirect channel ecosystems, with an understanding of MSP, VAR, and distributor partner dynamics.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies in a software development setting; comfortable using tools such as Jira, Trello, Rally, or equivalents.
- Hands-on experience with AI-driven tools to enhance operational efficiency and accelerate program delivery.
- Exceptional project management capabilities, with a track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives across global or matrixed organizations.
- Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with a high level of precision, attention to detail, and structured problem-solving ability.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including the ability to clearly document, present, and explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Highly effective storyteller and communicator, comfortable presenting to senior leadership and aligning teams around a shared vision.
- Proficient in tools such as Salesforce, BI platforms, Jira/Confluence, Miro, and ServiceNow (or comparable platforms).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience building loyalty or engagement programs specifically for B2B SaaS or channel ecosystems.
- Background in marketing, customer experience, product management, or partner programs.
- Familiarity with global compliance considerations and co-op/MDF programs.
