This s a brand-new, exciting position🚨 We need an Inclusion and Impact Director who will lead the development and implementation of global strategies to enhance diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging (DEIB) while driving meaningful social impact.
As we continue our rapid growth 🚀, this role will champion internal and external DEI and Social Impact initiatives, ensuring alignment with Pax8’s mission and business goals.
As the Inclusion Impact Director, you'll be a star ⭐ advocate for our Inclusion and Impact (I&I) strategy, collaborate across cross-functional teams, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs), and regional partners to embed an inclusive culture throughout our organization. Additionally, you will serve as a spokesperson for Pax8’s DEIB efforts, engaging with executive leadership, the press, industry groups, and community organizations.
