Your Future Role at QRT:
You will work closely with the Executive Assistants (EAs) to provide comprehensive administrative support to Partners and assist with daily operational tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, hotels, itineraries, and taxis
- Expense Management: Compile and submit expense reports and travel invoices
- Meeting Facilitation: Organise screen setups, book rooms, and manage visitor registration
- Office Management: Proactively manage office supplies and equipment to ensure everything is well-stocked and functional
- General Office Tasks: Handle tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning, courier management, and ordering business cards
- Lunch Coordination: Arrange lunches, including room setup and reservations
- Additional Support: Provide assistance with EA coverage, general administrative duties, and ad hoc projects and events
Your Present Skillset:
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently
- Detail-oriented, committed to accuracy, and focused on delivering high-quality results
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to foster relationships and achieve successful outcomes
- Proven ability to contribute to team goals through effective collaboration and teamwork.
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues in dynamic environments
- Competent in numerical tasks, including basic bookkeeping and accurate calculations
