We are looking for a detail-oriented and adaptable Communications Coordinator with 2+ years of experience in communications for a B2B in the services sector to support the development of the global communications and philanthropy team. This generalist role will include content management, digital communication and events, but will also support the philanthropic work.

The ideal candidate will have fluency in English and in French, along with strong writing and content creation skills for platforms such as the website, intranet, and LinkedIn. You will also support the work on the philanthropy side in particular, the French foundation named Fonds de dotation QRT Charity Fund, as well as financial tracking (budgeting and invoices) and event coordination. Your future role within QRT:

Content Creation

  • Integrate and support a dynamic team of communications and philanthropic experts spread in London, Paris and Hong Kong
  • Support the team to find and write engaging stories and contents for our intranet and internal newsletter
  • support the global head of communications on the digital/social media strategy
  • Collaborate on multimedia content creation, including basic video editing, designing visuals/posters
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all communications channels 

Team Administration & Project Management 

  • Support the administration and management of the French foundation (fonds de dotation QRT Charity Fund) and other global philanthropic initiatives
  • Oversee budget tracking, invoices, and financial administration related to communications and philanthropic activities
  • Organise and coordinate team meetings, events, and logistics, ensuring smooth operations
  • Support the team on various transversal projects including on events 

Your present skillset:

  • 2+ years of experience in communications in a B2B services company
  • Fluency in English and in French (both written and verbal) – this is a minimum requirement
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and project management ability
  • Ability to manage administrative tasks while also leading content and communication initiatives
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, with the ability to create engaging content across different platforms
  • A creative mindset with enthusiasm for learning new tools and techniques in content creation
  • An interest in innovation, technology, and science, aligning with QRT’s commitments
  • Curious and solution-oriented mindset
