We’re seeking a highly analytical, strategically minded Performance Marketing Analyst to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the analytical powerhouse behind our paid media efforts, helping us maximize ROI and drive business growth. You’ll manage campaign tracking, measurement frameworks, ad hoc analyses, forecasting, scenario modeling, and insights generation across multiple digital marketing channels including Search, Paid Social, Display, Affiliate, and more.
In this role, you’ll also act as a critical bridge between Performance Marketing and Data Science—translating insights from tools like MMM and multi-touch attribution (e.g., HockeyStack) into actionable, channel-specific strategies.
We’re looking for someone who’s fluent in both analytics and paid media, with experience in a B2B environment and a strong understanding of the full marketing funnel.

The base wage range for this position based in our New York City Office is targeted at $109,000 to $119,900 per year.
