As a part of Application Support Engineering, your key area of responsibility will be to provides escalated engineering support and planning, testing and automation of maintenance tasks. ASE supports all of Geotab’s production applications and servers including facilitating the maintenance of normal service operations. You will also collaborate with Geotab engineers to improve engineering tools and dashboards for monitoring computing architecture. To be successful in this role you will be a self-starter with strong written and verbal communication skills, and have the ability to quickly understand complex, technical concepts.
