WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • 新規ビジネスの開拓: クライアントにアプローチし、Value Selling を実践しながら契約の締結を目指します。BDR チームと連携しながら、潜在的な顧客の特定からアプローチ、商談、契約締結までのプロセスを一貫して担当します。
  • 市場開拓と戦略の策定: 日本市場における Braze のブランド認知を高め、ターゲットとなる企業リストを作成・管理し、営業戦略を策定します。市場トレンドを分析し、最適な営業戦略を立案・実行します。
  • 関係構築と顧客管理: 顧客との長期的な関係を構築し、顧客のニーズを深く理解することで、信頼関係を築きます。
  • 部門連携: マーケティングチームやプリセールス、カスタマーサクセスなど幅広い部門と連携し、「One Team」として営業活動をリードします。
  • レポーティングと成果の分析: 営業活動の進捗を追跡し、成果を分析します。定期的に報告書を作成し、戦略の調整や改善策を提案します。

WHAT YOU HAVE

  • エンタープライズ営業の経験: 大手企業への営業経験があり、複雑なセールスサイクルを管理した実績がある方。エンタープライズセールスに関する深い知識とスキルを持つことが求められます。
  • 優れたコミュニケーションスキル: 卓越した口頭および書面でのプレゼンテーションスキルを持ち、ステークホルダーやクライアントとの効果的なコミュニケーションができる方。
  • CRM システムの使用経験: Salesforce.com CRM またはその他の CRM ツールを使用して営業パイプラインを管理した経験が必須です。これにより、営業プロセスを効率的に管理し、成果を上げる能力が求められます。
  • 新しいクラウドアプリやツールへの迅速な適応能力: 新しい技術やツールに対して迅速に適応し、効果的に活用する能力がある方。
  • デジタルおよびアプリケーショントレンドの最新情報: 特にモバイル領域におけるデジタルおよびアプリケーショントレンドについて常に最近の情報をキャッチしようという姿勢をお持ちの方。
  • 数字達成への強い意欲: 営業目標に対して逆算し、必要なアクティビティを実直に、諦めずに実行してきた経験。
